Service Description

This virtual 1 on 1 session is to help you prepare for birth in a hospital. This workshop is perfect for those who want all the information necessary to have a safe hospital birth without having a doula present. You will have the opportunity to have all your questions answered while also learning about Creating a Birth plan Your birth rights Understanding labor Induction Comprehension Coping measures Avoiding Postpartum Depression Breastfeeding and more. The workshop is 2 hours long and will be conducted via zoom. After signing up you will receive an email with the zoom link 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. If possible please have your partner/birth support person attend this session with you as there is useful information included in the workshop on their role during labor and how they can support you. Please be prepared for note taking.
